Monthly remuneration of Rs 2 lakh per month is paid to the chef at Antilia. That is an annual salary of Rs 24 lakh per year along with insurance and tuition reimbursements. Some of Ambani’s staff members have their kids attend school in the United States. Mukesh Ambani prefers to eat simple vegetarian food, including rice, daal, chapatis and sabzi. His go-to item for breakfast is a glass of papaya juice and some idli-sambhar, and he is also fond of snacks like papdi chaat.

According to the reports, not only his chef but the driver of the Ambanis also earns Rs 2 lakh a month. The 27-storey mansion, Antilia which has an area of more than 4 lakh square feet, is worth around Rs 12,000 crore and has 600 staff members who look after the majestic property. The super luxurious home has amenities like an 80-seat movie hall, a 168-car garage, an ice cream parlour, a gym, multiple elevators, a swimming pool, and a lot more. The house is designed to withstand a magnitude 8 earthquake. The construction of the building was completed in 2010 before the Ambanis moved there in 2012.
