Bollywood actress Kajol Devgn has bought another apartment in Juhu recently, a year after purchasing two apartments worth Rs 12 crore in Mumbai. According to a report, the actress paid an amount of Rs 16.50 crore to complete the deal for the luxurious property located in a premium residential tower. The property is spread across a carpet area of 2,493 square feet, on April 13, 2023.
According to the registration documents accessed by IndexTap.com, the Padma Shri awardee, who purchased the property from Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd, paid a stamp duty of Rs 99 lakh for the lavish apartment. The apartment comes with four car parking spaces. Located in one of Mumbai’s toniest neighborhoods, Juhu, the new apartment of the 48 year old actress comes with modern amenities like a well-equipped gym, a massive garden space, a grand lobby area, multi-level car parking, and more.
The apartment is designed by Hafeez Contractor a well-known architect. The premium residential project, Juhu Acropolis, is located in the same area (Juhu), where Kajol and Ajay Devgn live with their kids – Yug and Nysa in their lavish bungalow named Shiv Shakti.
The B- town couple has invested heavily in real estate. They also own a spacious house in London worth Rs 54 crore, according to a report. The house owned by the Devgns is reported to be close to Shah Rukh Khan’s London home and is located in one of London’s poshest neighborhoods, Park Lane. In 2021, the couple shelled out a whopping Rs 60 crore on buying a massive bungalow that spreads across 474.4 square meters. Ajay Devgn took a loan of Rs 18.75 crore to buy this spacious property which is located in Kapole Co-operative Housing Society Ltd in Juhu.
